不锈钢在榆林海域暴露8年的腐蚀行为

【摘要】 5种不锈钢在榆林海水环境中暴露8年,其主要腐蚀形态是点蚀、溃疡腐蚀、隧道腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀。在全浸区的腐蚀比在潮差区的严重。在全浸区和潮差区,5种不锈钢的耐蚀顺序一致,耐蚀性最好的为000Cr18Mo2,其次依次为00Cr19Ni10、1Cr18Ni9Ti、F179和2Cr13。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviors of 000Cr18Mo2, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 00Cr19Ni10,F179 and 2Cr13 steels are studied by exposing them in Yulin sea area of the Nanhai Sea for 8 years. Its found that the corrosion are mainly pitting, ulcer corrosion, tunnel corrosion and crevice corrosion. The 5 Kinds of stainless steels are more serioulsy corroded in all submerged area than those in tide area. Moreover, the corrosion resistance get worse in order of 000Cr18Mo2, 00Cr19Ni10,1Cr18Ni9Ti,F179 and 2Cr13.
