钛合金用氧化物陶瓷型壳的研究
Sdudy on structure and property of ceyamic shells for titanium alloy
【摘要】 高质量的钛合金铸件与熔模型壳的性能和表面质量有着直接的关系 .通过TG -DTA、X衍射对氧化物陶瓷型壳的面层和背层进行了分析 ,测试了陶瓷型壳的常温、高温力学性能和热膨胀系数 ,对型壳试样的断口进行了SEM观察 .采用锆胶为粘结剂 ,以CaO稳定的ZrO2 为耐火材料制成的陶瓷型壳以四方相为主 ,具有良好的强度和尺寸稳定性 .
【Abstract】 High quality titanium casting is directly related to property and surface quality of shells. Face and back coating materials of ceramic shells were analysed by TG-DTA and X ray diffraction. Room temperature and elevate temperature mechanical properties and coefficient thermal expansion were measured. Fracture morphology of shells were observed by SEM. The ceramic shells was made of zirconia stabilized calcium oxide and zirconia colloidal. The material in the ceramic shells is tetragonal lattice,and it has high dimension percision and strength.
