Ti153合金ISM熔炼过程中氮元素的溶解与控制
Nitrogen Solubility and its Control in Ti153 Melt During ISM Process
【摘要】 建立了氮元素溶解到Ti153合金熔体中的热力学模型, 并以此计算了氮在Ti153合金熔体中的溶解度, 分析了ISM 熔炼过程中影响氮元素在Ti153合金熔体中溶解的几个因素。结果表明, 熔体温度对Ti153合金熔体中氮的溶解度影响较大, 而熔化室内氮气分压是决定Ti153合金熔体中氮溶解度的主要因素, 需要合理控制。并提出了利用多次抽真空反充氩气以降低熔化室内氮气分压的方法, 来进一步降低Ti153合金熔体中的氮含量
【Abstract】 The influence factors on nitrogen solubility in Ti153 melt were analyzed based on the thermodynamic model set up in this paper The results show that melt temperature and nitrogen partial pressure in melting chamber have important influence on the nitrogen solubility Therefore a method to decrease nitrogen solubility is put forth This method has been using during ISM process and the experimental results are accordance with the calculated results
