SiO2/P(MMA-MAA)微囊复合颗粒组成电流变液的研究
Research on the ER Fluid Composed of SiO2/P (MMA-MAA) Microcapsule Composite Particles
【摘要】 由SiO2纳米粉经直接聚合法制成SiO2/P(MMA-MAA)微囊复合颗粒;显微镜下观察微囊复合颗粒电流变液具有电流变效应;经对比测试可知,此电流变液的稳定性得到改善,并对其切应力受电场强度和颗粒浓度的影响进行了研究。
【Abstract】 SiO2/P(MMA-MAA) microcapsule composite particles are prepared by the copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and methacrylic acid(MAA) in the presence of silica(SiO2) water soliquoid with sodium bisulfite(SBS) as initiator. The ER fluid is observed by microscope, and the photographes show that the ER fluid has ER effect. The stability of the ER fluid is improved. The dependence of the ER fluid’s shearing stress on electric intensity and percentage (wt) of dispersed particles is studied.
