非晶硅太阳能电池研究现状
The Status of Amorphous Silicon Solar Cell
【摘要】 综述了非晶硅太阳能电池的研究现状,讨沦了非晶硅太阳能电池的制备方法、发展及趋势,总结了影响非晶硅太阳能电池性能的一些因素。
【Abstract】 The status of amorphous si1icon so1ar cell ls rev1ewed’ ’I’he developmel1t and tendency as well aspreparation of a--Si: H solar cell are discussed’ And some factors that affect the propertics of a--Sl tH solar cell arc pre-sented.
