Fe-Mo/KZSM-5上甲醇氧化为甲醛的研究
A STUDY OF METHANOL OXIDATION TO FORMALDEHYDEON FeMo/KZSM5 ZEOLITE
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了FeMo/HZSM5和FeMo/KZSM5分子筛催化剂,利用NH3TPD和O2TPD对催化剂的表面酸性和吸附O2物种进行了表征,考察了温度、Mo/Fe摩尔比、空气/甲醇摩尔比及WHSV对催化性能的影响.实验结果表明,在FeMo/KZSM5催化剂上,适宜的反应条件下,甲醇转化率接近100%,甲醛选择性达到906%.同时还进行了96h的催化剂的稳定性实验
【Abstract】 The effects of reaction temperature, Mo/Fe molar ratio, air/methanol molar ratio and WHSV on methanol oxidation over FeMo/HZSM5 and FeMo/KZSM5 catalysts were investigated. The results indicate that the FeMo/KZSM5 has higher activity than the FeMo/HZSM5. Under optimum conditions the methanol conversion and the formaldehyde selectivity reach 100% and 906% respectively. The NH3TPD and O2TPD results show that the FeMo/HZSM5 catalyst has more sites of acidity and less sites of oxygen adsorption than the FeMo/KZSM5 catalyst. The experiments show that the site of strong acidity decreases the formaldehyde selectivity and the site of oxygen adsorption at higher temperature increases the formaldehyde selectivity. This might be the reasons that the selectivity of methanol oxidation to formaldehyde increased over FeMo/KZSM5 catalyst.
