汽车尾气净化用Pt/ZrO2-CeO2催化剂的表征与性能

【Abstract】 The effect of additive ZrO 2 in CeO 2 on the properties of the three way catalyst is studied by using H 2 TPR, CO TPD, oxygen storage capacity (OSC) measurement and three way catalytic reaction. The results show that support ZrO 2 CeO 2 has higher OSC than CeO 2 and that Pt/ZrO 2 CeO 2 catalyst has higher OSC than Pt/CeO 2. Pt/ZrO 2 CeO 2 catalyst is reduced at below 200℃ and Pt/CeO 2 catalyst at below 300℃. The second desorption temperature of CO on Pt/ZrO 2 CeO 2 is at 570℃ and that on Pt/CeO 2 is at 620℃. Therefore, Pt/ZrO 2 CeO 2 catalyst shows higher activity than Pt/CeO 2 in three way catalytic reaction.
