微量铈对Ni P非晶态合金催化剂的苯加氢性能及热稳定性的影响
EFFECT OF CERIUM ADDITION UPON THE ACTIVITY AND THE THERMOSTABILITY OF ULTRAFINE AMORPHOUS Ni P ALLOY CATALYSTS FOR BENZENE HYDROGENATION
【摘要】 采用化学还原法制备了不同铈含量的NiPCe 超细非晶态合金催化剂,测试了其苯加氢活性. 应用X 射线衍射和差热方法对经不同温度退火后的样品进行了结构分析,并和其苯加氢活性相关联. 实验发现,微量铈的加入可大大提高催化剂的热稳定性,进而提高其加氢活性.
【Abstract】 The thermal stability of ultrafine Ni P Ce amorphous alloy catalysts with different cerium contents prepared by chemical reduction method and annealed at different temperatures in a flow of argon was studied by X ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. Benzene hydrogenation was used as a test reaction of the catalytic properties of the annealed samples. It is found that the activity of the samples strongly depends upon the amorphous structure of the Ni P alloys. The addition of small amount of cerium to the samples significantly enhances the thermal stability of the amorphous structure and thus the activity for benzene hydrogenation.
