相关函数法计算原位担载型煤直接液化催化剂的粒径分布
SAXS STUDY ON PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF CATALYSTS IMPREGNATED ON COAL
【摘要】 分别测定了纯煤样和浸渍煤样的小角X射线散射,基于GBC理论假设,采用相关函数法计算了原位担载于两种烟煤上FeSO4 的粒径分布,考察了助剂Na2S和尿素的添加对其粒径分布的影响. 计算结果与XRD表征结果相似. FeSO4 在两种煤样上的最可几粒径为4 nm 左右,分布范围为0-5 ~8 nm . 助剂对FeSO4 粒径分布的影响较小,它们的添加主要是改变了催化剂前驱体的活性组成.
【Abstract】 Based on the Goodisman Brumberger Cupelo (GBC) hypothesis, a method for processing small angle X ray scattering (SAXS) data of a three phase system was used to determine particle size distribution of FeSO 4 based catalysts impregnated on two bituminous coal samples. The characterization of the catalyst phase is obtained from its correlation function, which is the difference in SAXS data between the impregnated coal and the untreated one. The results, in agreement with XRD and EXAFS characterization, showed that the FeSO 4 dispersed on coal surface has the most probable diameter of ca 4 nm and a distribution range from 0 5 nm to 8 nm. Addition of Na 2S and urea, although significantly improved liquefaction conversion, showed only a little effect on FeSO 4 size distribution. It is possible that the addition of Na 2S and urea mainly changes the active form of the catalyst precursor.
