热重法研究煤燃烧添加剂的催化助燃效果及作用机理

【摘要】 用热重 法研究 了一种煤 燃烧添加 剂对 南票 煤和 阜新 矸石 的催 化助 燃效 果. 结果 表 明,在煤样和 矸石中 加入添加 剂后,都 能加快燃 烧速率 ,但对 煤样 的助 燃效 果更 加明 显. 与 此同 时, 研究了该添 加剂对石 墨燃烧 反应动力 学的 影响 ,发 现添 加 剂降 低 了石 墨燃 烧 反应 的活 化 能,加 快 了反应速率 ,从而产 生助燃效 果; 揭示了添 加剂的助 燃作用 机理

【Abstract】 The accelerating effect of a coal burning additive on the combustibility of Nanpiao coal and Fuxin gangue was studied by TG and DTG with linearly increasing temperature at air atmosphere. For Nanpiao bituminous coal, the addition of 5% BJ, a coal burning additive, made the temperature of the maximum combustion rate decrease about 80 K, and made the combustion rate at 773 K increase by 20%. The similar results were obtained for the low rank Fuxin gangue, but the accelerating effect on it was not so good as that on Nanpiao coal. In addition, the catalytic effect of the coal burning additive on the combustion of graphite was observed and the kinetic study was carried out. The activation energy, the reaction order and the frequency factor for the combustion of graphite were determined to be 241 0 kJ/mol, 4 8, and 8 9×10 12 min -1 , respectively. The activation energy, the reaction order and the frequency factor for the catalytic oxidation of graphite doped with 5% coal burning additive were 174 3 kJ/mol, 2 6 and 5 4×10 10 min -1 , respectively.
