α-磷酸锆层柱材料的制备、表征及其催化羰基化性能
PREPARATION OF Rh COMPLEX PILLARED ZIRCONIUM PHOSPHATE AND ITS CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE IN CH3OH CARBONYLATION
【摘要】 采用配体4CH3SC6H4 NH2 插层的α磷酸锆(ZrP) 为插层主体,将Rh3 + 引入层状材料的层板之间制备了新型层柱催化材料Zr(HPO4)1 .70(CH3SC6 H4NH2)1 .09(PO4)0 .30 Rh0 .10·5-52H2O,其层间距由2-36 nm 变为1-56 nm , 结晶度有所下降. XPS 结果表明,配体4CH3SC6H4NH2 与Rh3 + 之间形成了N→Rh 配位键,而没有形成S→Rh 配位键,Rh 的配合物与层板之间主要是静电作用. 配体在该层柱材料中的热稳定性比插入Rh3 + 之前提高. 该层柱材料对甲醇羰基化反应具有较高的催化活性,羰基化选择性为100 % , 对乙酸甲酯具有较高的产物选择性.
【Abstract】 Pillared layered α zirconium phosphate (ZrP) material Zr(HPO 4) 1.70 (CH 3SC 6H 4NH 2) 1.09 (PO 4) 0.3 Rh 0.1 ·5 52H 2O has been prepared by intercalation of 4 (methylmercapto) aniline (MMA) and followed by Rh (Ⅲ) cations. XRD results show the interlayer distance of the material decreasing from 2 36 to 1 56 nm, and the crystallinity going down after the complex is formed in situ in the layers. XPS results show that the coordinate bond is formed between N from ligand MMA and Rh, The complexes have ionic interaction with ZrP layers. The thermal stability of MMA is enhanced after the intercalation of Rh cations. The pillared material has high activity in CH 3OH carbonylation and 100% selectivity for carbonylation.
