玉米油酸酰胺磺基琥珀酸单酯盐的合成研究
Synthesis of Alkanolamide Sulfosuccinic Acid Monoester from Corn Oil
【摘要】 介绍了以精制玉米油经甲酯化、酰胶化、酯化和磺化四步合成脂肪酸胺磷基琥珀酸单酯盐的研究。在酰胺化、酯化反应中采用自制的复合抗氧催化剂C及HU,可在100℃下使转化率分别达到94.2%和95,4%。产品表面张力为3.523×10-2N/m,去污值为58.41%;脱胀率为38.29%。
【Abstract】 Introduces the research of synthesis alkanolamide sulfosuccinic acid monoester from refined corn oil by methyl-esterification, amidation, esterification and sulfonation. In the amidation reaction and esterification reaction,a selfmade anti-oxidation catalyst C and catalyst HU are used,and the conversion can respectively reach 94. 2% and 95. 4% under 100℃. The surf ate tension of the production is 35. 23 × 10-3N/m and the capability of decontamination is 58.41 %,the efficiency of degreasing is 38. 29 %.
