茶皂素对菜青虫体内几种酶活性的影响

【摘要】 用茶皂素连续饲喂菜粉蝶Pierisrapae L.5 龄初期幼虫,测定其体内中肠酯酶、蛋白酶、微粒体多功能氧化酶MFO的活性以及血淋巴糖总量、血淋巴和中肠蛋白质总量等生理指标。结果表明,取食茶皂素后的菜青虫中肠蛋白酶活性被明显抑制,MFO 活性也有一定降低,但中肠酯酶活性没有显著变化。测定结果还显示,茶皂素处理后,菜粉蝶幼虫血淋巴和中肠蛋白质总含量明显下降,而对糖总量影响不显著。这些测定的结果表明,茶皂素对菜粉蝶幼虫体内解毒酶和消化酶的影响可能是其对农药起到增效作用的一个重要因素。

【Abstract】 The activities of esterases,proteases and mixed function oxidases (MFO) in midgut,total sugar content in hemolymph,total protein content in hemolymph and midgut of the 5th instar larvae of the imported cabbage worm pieris rapae were determined after treated with tea saponin. The results indicated that activities of proteases in midgut were inhibited notably after feeding or injecting with tea saponin into the hemocoel,and activities of mixed function oxidases also decreased to certain degree. But the activities of esterases in midgut did not show obvious changes. Results also demonstrated that the content of total protein in hemolymph and midgut decreased markedly while content of sugar in hemolymph had no significant differences. Those results suggested that the influence of tea saponin on the detoxicated and digestive enzymes was potential one of important mechanisms which tea saponin could enhance insecticidal activities of pesticides.
