一种新型动物食品鲜度测量传感器件In/TiO2·Nb2O5的研究
Study on New Sensor of In/TiO2·Nb2O5 for Freshness Identification
【摘要】 用 Nb2O5对TiO2半导化和金属 In的增感而研制成的 In/TiO2· Nb2O5复合氧化物动物食品鲜度测量传感器件,具有灵敏度高,工作温度低和响应动态范围宽等特点,该项研究为非破坏性、快速、准确地检测生物鲜度创造了一条新途径。
【Abstract】 A new sensor based on titania doubly promoted by niobium oxide and indium has been fabricated. The element thus obtained, In/TiO2·Nb2O5,gave excellent characteristics in sensitivity and selectivity. The working properties of this element were characterized with high sensitiveness, low working temperature, wide dynamic responsiveness, nondestructibility, fastness and correctness for detecting the fresxhness of animal food.
