【摘要】 目的:研究牵茴胶囊增加胃及小肠平滑肌蠕动功能,增强胃排空及小肠推进功能的作用。方法:牵茴胶囊药粉连续给ig药4天。未次给药后60min每只鼠灌胃给酚红溶液,再经20min处死动物,测定胃和小肠各段PSP总量及残留量。计算对正常小鼠、新斯的明及阿托品处理小鼠胃排空百分率及小肠推进相对百分率,并与吗丁啉药物作对照。结果:在正常组,牵茴胶囊增强胃排空及小肠推进速率明显加快,作用强于吗丁啉(P<0.01);新斯的明组,牵茴胶囊增强胃排空与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.05),对小肠的推进功能作用与新斯的明无显著差异(P>0.05)但与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。在阿托品组,牵茴胶囊对小鼠增强胃排空与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.01),对小肠推进作用与吗丁啉比较也有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:牵茴胶囊对正常小鼠和新斯的明、阿托品处理小鼠均有增强胃排空及小肠推进功能作用,其作用强于吗丁啉更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Qian Hui capsule on improving the movement of the stomach and small intestine.Methods:Qian Hui capsule was administered ig to normal rats and the rats treated with neostigmine and atropine for 4 days once a day;domperidone served as controls.PSP(phenolsulfonphthalein)solution was givenig to each rat 30min after final administration and then they were Killed at intervals of 20min.The total and residual content of PSP in the stomach and different intestinal segments were determined;The determined data were used to calculate the percentage of stomachal ovacuation and the relative percentage of small intestine propulsion.Results:In normal group of rats.Qian Hui capsule has more effective in improving stomachal evacuation and small intestine movement than domperdione,exiting a significant diffierence(P<0.01)between Qian Hui capsule and domperidone.In the group of rats treated with neostigmine,it showed significnat difference between Qian Hui capsule and domperidone in improving the stomachal evacuation and in enhancing small intestine movement(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in enhacing small intestine movement(P>0.05)between Qian Hui capsule and neostigmine.In the group of rats treated with atropine ,the signifficent difference was showed between Qian Hui capsule and domperidone in improving stomachal evacuation and small intestine movement(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qian Hui capsule is effective in improving stomachal evacuation and small intestine movement in normal rats and rats treated with neostigmine and atropine,which has more effective than domperidone.更多还原
