【Abstract】 Taking practical examples of the teachers work assessment of Changchun University,this article discusses and analyzes how to use the method of scientific quantification to evalvate teachers work of the institutions of higher learning.In order to enhance scientificality and objectivity of the check up results,the exist problems are pointed out and the concrete solving methods are put forward from several aspects,such as,scientificality of test index system,guiding problems and combination of teachers post assessment.更多还原
