跨栏运动员速度利用率的比较研究及对策
A Comparative Study on the Speed Cltilization Ratio of Hurdle Athletes and Measures to Be Taken
【摘要】 收集整理了中外优秀110m栏运动员的成绩及百米成绩,并且进行了中外110m运动员速度利用率的比较与分析,从而找出了提高跨栏跑速度的主要途径。
【Abstract】 This papor sorts out the records of some outstanding 110 - meter and 100 -meter hurdle athletes abroad and makes a comparison and analysis of the speed utilization ratio of a fer 110 - meter hurdle athletes at home and broad. Hence, main approaches have been found to raise the speed of hurdle race.
