【摘要】 通过对海洋与人类关系的分析，结合海洋资源与海洋产业的现状，提出了保证我国海洋经济可持续发展的对策．

【Abstract】 This article focuses on analyzing the relationship between mankind and the sea on the grounds of the present state of sea resources and sea industry. It puts foxward strategies for the salce of the sustainable development of our sea economy.
