【摘要】 失业是市场经济发展中普遍存在的现象，由于我国长期是低失业率的计划经济体制国家，从计划经济向市场经济体制转轨，职工下岗、失业成为不可避免的社会现象，自然对下岗／失业人员的心理造成巨大冲击，从而给社会稳定和经济发展带来一定压力。因此，研究下岗／失业人员的心理承受能力，是当前经济和社会发展的一个十分重要的课题。但目前国内研究多集中在失业现状、原因分析、政策建议等方面，对下岗／失业人员的心理承受能力的总体调查和实证研究不多。课题组通过问卷调查方法，采取随机调查收集重庆下岗／失业人员的有关资料，采用定量与定性相结合的方法分析不同年龄、不同文化程度和不同类别（指下岗职工和失业人员）的下岗／失业人员的心理承受能力，进而得出有关结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Unemployment is a universal problem in the development of market economy. As China has maintained planed economy with low rate of un-employment for a long time, going off sentry duty and unemployment beome inevitabe social phenomina in the changes from planned economy to market economy.Naturally, this makes a great impact on the mentality of the lay-offs and unemployed and brings a pressure on the social stability and economy development, so it is important to study the psychological endurement power d the lay-offs and umployed. But many studies mainly focuses on present situation, cause analysis and poicy recommendation so far. There is hardly either general investigation or positive analysis in the study of psychological endurement power of the lay-offs ed un-employed. By means of questionnaire investigation, we collect the materials of the lay-offs and unemployed at random and combine the guantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to study the psychological endurement powers of differmt groups of them (including age, educational level and catalogues), and then draw a relevant conclusion.更多还原
