粘土矿物中嵌晶态硅酸钴的浸取实验研究
LEACHING COBALT SILICATE OF INLAID CRYSTAL STATE IN CLAY MINERALS
【摘要】 系统地研究了用 N H4 H F2 和柠檬酸浸取粘土矿物中嵌晶态硅酸钴的新方法。实验过程中对浸取剂的用量、水浴时间、温度等影响因素进行了正交实验设计,选出了最佳的浸取条件。结果表明,该方法浸取粘土矿物中嵌晶态硅酸钴的浸出率达 9605% 以上,相对标准偏差为122% 。
【Abstract】 A new procedure has been used in the leaching cobalt silicate of inlaid crystal state in clay minerals. The cobalt is quantitatively dissolved by using ammonium hydrofluoride and citric acid as selecting optimum dosage of leaching reagents, time and temperature, etc. determined by AAS. Under the optimum leaching conditions, the volume leaching reagents 20 mL( V A∶ V B=3∶2), temperature(60℃), time(120 min), the leaching redios of cobalt reached over 96.05%. The result is satisfactary.
