【摘要】 以海带的营养组成及特点为基础，分析和论述了海带的多种保健功能，展望了海带制品的开发及市场前景。
【Abstract】 Some kinds of health functions of kelp were discussed on the basis of its nutrient components and characteristics in this paper,and gave a general view of its development prospects.
