【摘要】 以卷筒包装材料的收放卷过程为例，分析包装机械工作过程中柔性包装材料的张力。通过变质量构件的动力学分析，得出张力控制力矩随卷筒直径变化的计算公式。此外，由于张力还受许多不确定因素的影响，其变化是一个随机过程。当统计图上出现不正常变化时，调节控制力矩需增加一个附加值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is deal with the analysis of tension in rolled packaging materials which is running in the packaging machinery. The formulary for calculating the tension controlled torque with radius variation of packaging material roller has been established after dynamical analysing the process of rolling or releasing the packaging material which is a variable mass member. Besides, the tension variation is a random process, for it is influenced by many undefined factors. When the tension variation is normal random process, it is only necessary to consider radius variation of the packaging material roller to adjust the controlled torque, when the non normal variation appears on the statistical plot, a additional value to the controlled torque for adjusting will be required.更多还原
