【摘要】 在实验室用吃虫琳队0.05％、0．1％和0．2％三种浓度对台湾乳白蚁进行毒土触杀、穿土和选择性试验。此虫林触杀速度较毒死蜱慢，0．05％浓度需6天才能全部杀死白蚁。穿土试验结果表明：白蚁不能穿透此虫啉三种浓度配制的毒土层。在选择性试验中，吡虫林三种浓度处理的滤纸上滞留的白蚁明显比无药的滤纸多，表明该药有驱避作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In laboratory assays, the effects at concentration of 0.05%, 0. 10%and 0.20% imidacloprid on contact toxicity, tunnelling and choice of Coptotermes formosanus.The contact toxicity was lower than chorpyrifos, within 6 days all termites were killed in concentraion of 0.05% imidacloprid.In tunnelling assay,the termites could not penetiation through 5cm soil layer treated with the 3 concsentraions of imidacloprid.In choice test, the termites stay significantly less in filter paper containing imidacloprid, the result showe that the imidacloprid had a clear repeller action.更多还原
