颞下颌关节紊乱病关节液中转化生长因子β1的检测

【摘要】 目的:研究转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowthfactorβ1,TGFβ1)在颞下颌关节紊乱病病因及发病机制中的作用。方法:采用夹心法酶联免疫吸附测定法对31侧颞下颌关节紊乱病患者及7侧健康志愿者的关节液进行了TGFβ1的检测。结果:7侧健康志愿者关节的关节液中未能检测到TGFβ1的存在。结构紊乱类14侧中只有4侧呈阳性结果,而骨关节病类17侧中有16侧检测到TGFβ1的存在,二者的差异具有显著性。健康志愿者的关节液中TGFβ1水平与颞下颌关节紊乱病患者关节液TGFβ1水平差异也呈显著性。结论:TGFβ1在颞下颌关节紊乱病尤其是骨关节病类的病因及发病机制中可能起着重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the presence of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF β1) in the synovial fluid (SF) of patients with temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Methods:The synovial fluid samples were obtained from 14 temporomandibular joints (TMJ) of 12 patients with TMJ internal derangement (ID) and 17 TMJ of 15 patients with TMJ osteoarthrosis (OA). 7 synovial fluid samples of TMJ of 4 asymptomatic donors served as normal controls. The concentration of TGF β1 was detected with the sensitive and specific sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Sandwich ELISA). Results: TGF β1 could not be detected in 7 normal controls, whereas the TGF β1 concentration in SF of patients with ID and OA was detectable. The level of TGF β1 in TMD SF was significantly different from those of normal controls. Although 16 out of 17 samples of OA had the detectable level, only 4 out of 14 samples of ID displayed detectable level of TGF β1. The TGF β1 level of SF of patients with ID and those of OA were significantly different. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that TGF β1 probably plays an important role in the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.
