【摘要】 本文运用实验方法探讨了穴位埋线治疗实验性脾虚证的作用机理,并首次介绍了将注射针埋线法用于动物(大鼠)的操作方法。研究结果表明:穴位埋线能够显著提高利血平致脾虚大鼠的淋巴细胞增殖能力及巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,从而达到增强其免疫功能的作用。同时亦表明:将注射针埋线法用于大鼠体内埋线是切实可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper explored the effects of catgut embedding at acupoints on the immune function of rat with spleen deficiency, and introduced the method of operation.
