【摘要】 FAT32是在Windows98中被正式推出的全新的文件系统，与当前广泛使用的FAT16完全不同，本文介绍了FAT32的一些新特性及如何进行FAT31与FAT16的转换。

【Abstract】 FAT32 is a new file system carried out from windows98, and is quite different from current FAT16. The paper introduces some new properties for FAT32 and conversiou process with FAT16.
