【摘要】 目的　对照分析普通Ｘ线、ＣＴ在胸部淋巴瘤的改变，以期提高对其影像学表现的认识。方法　对有病理证实的６０ 例常规摄Ｘ线正侧位胸片、肺门和纵隔分层，１６ 例行ＣＴ扫描。结果　表现为纵隔／和肺门淋巴结肿大（以前中纵隔居多）、肺浸润、胸膜和心包病变。肺浸润分间质改变为主型、结节型、肺炎肺泡型和胸膜病变型。结论　同一病例多种影像学表现为其特点，多数病例可由平片及分层确诊，ＣＴ较其更敏感。影像学对胸内淋巴瘤病理分型的确定有待进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the recognization of intrathoracic malignant lymphoma by ananlyzing its imaging findings of roentgenograms,tomograms and CT scans.Methods 60 cases with intrathoracic lymphoma verified by pathology all underwent roentgenogramphy and tomography,and among them 16 patients were further examined with CT scans.Results X ray film and CT scans reveal markedly mediastinal or/and hilar lymph node enlargement(mostly located in the anterior and middle mediastinal compartments).The infiltration of lung and involvement of pleura and pericardium are also strong evidences for the intrathoracic lymphoma.The infiltration of lung can be divided into three types:(1)interstitial leison predominantly;(2)nodule;(3)alveolar pneumonitis;(4)pleural lesion.Conclusion On roentgenograms and tomograms,the intrathoracic lymphoma has many typical features by which most of patients can be diagnosed.CT scan is more accurate than chest X ray film for diagnosis of the intrathoracic lymphoma.The pathologic classification of imagining diagnosis for the intrathoracic lymphoma will be further studied.更多还原
