【Abstract】 Seventy-two donor cows were superovulated with FSH + PGF 2α , 361 eggs (5.51±3.82 eggs per head) were collected with 235 (3.26±3.47 eggs per head) eggs for embryo transfer. The available embryo percentage of yellow cattle was greater than dairy and beef cows (P < 0.01), the superovulation result in fall and winter time was better than in spring (P < 0.01).更多还原
