【摘要】 采用直肠测温方法,对黑白花妊娠母牛(n= 23 头)产前1 个月每天测定体温。结果表明,妊娠在产前一月体温逐渐升高,至产前第7- 8 天平均达39.18℃;至产前12 小时,降到38.81℃,与空怀母牛平均体温相近(38.79℃)。试验表明,本方法可以作为计算预产前和观察临产征候方法的可靠补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 The daily body temperature of pregnant Holstein cows (n=23) was measured for 1 month before calving using anal temperature test. The result showed that during the last month of pregnancy the body temperature increased gradually and reached 39.18℃ on average at 7th to 8th day before calving; the peak temperature of 39.37℃ was recorded at 3rd day before calving; the body temperature was down to 38.81℃ at 12 hrs before calving which was similar to the average body temperature (38.79℃) of non-pregnant cows. In conclusion, this method could be regarded as reliable supplement for due date estimation and calving sign observation.更多还原
