【摘要】 教学与科研是教育工作者实现教育目标的具体实践过程。该文主要对学院近年来的科研情况进行了分析，并就如何改进学校的科研工作提出了对策与建议。
【Abstract】 Teaching and scientific research is the practical process of the teaching staff to realize theirgoals. The paper analyzes the state of our school’ sscientific research work in recent years and proposes somecountermeasures and suggestions of how to improve our future scientific research work.
