【Abstract】 The common theory of the brushless doubly fed machines(BDFM) is explained. The configuration of its stator and rotor windings is discussed in detail. The development,function mechanism, equivalent circuit and mathematical model of BDFM are briefly illustrated. Because BDFM reqiures only a fraction of its input power to be processed by the power converter, it will be a contender of other adjustable speed drivers.更多还原
