旋转气流下AOD熔池内流体流动和混合特性的水模拟研究
Water modelling study on fluid flow and mixing characteristics in AOD bath with rotating gas jets
【摘要】 在以足够高的运动相似性对双枪喷吹非旋转气流18 t AOD 炉内流体流动和混合特性水模拟研究的基础上,对采用套管式螺旋板型喷枪时AOD 熔池内流体流动和混合特性作了水模拟研究,所用喷枪的中心管( 主枪) 内置有一厚度为0-2 mm 的黄铜质螺旋型板条,相应的螺距为46-57 mm ,环缝( 副枪) 与原模型喷枪相同- 考察了旋转射流下吹气量和枪间夹角的影响及螺旋型喷枪对实际过程的适用性- 结果表明,在相同的吹气量下,与非旋转气体射流相比,旋转气体射流可提供更强烈的搅拌,引起流体更活泼的旋流和循环运动,混合效果更好;主枪气体流量有更大的决定性作用,副枪气流的屏蔽效果显著减弱;两枪夹角对流体流动特征和吹炼过程的稳定性有更大的影响,合宜的夹角范围变窄,本工作条件下以80°最佳;具有合理结构的螺旋型喷枪对实际过程可望有良好的适用性- 得到了混合时间与主、副枪的吹气量、搅拌能密度和Fr 及枪位等的相应关系
【Abstract】 The fluid flow and mixing characteristics in the AOD bath with the annular spiral flat tuyeres are investigated also by means of water modelling,on the basis of the water modelling study about the characteristics in a 18 t AOD vessel blowing non rotating gas jets through the two nomal annular tuyeres with a sufficiently full kinematic similarity.The annular tuyere used in the present work has a spiral flat brass of 0.2 mm thickness with a pitch of 46.57 mm in its centre tube(the main tuyere)and the same slit(the sub tuyere)as the normal one.The influence of the gas flow rate and the angle included between the two tuyered on the characteristics under the condition of the rotating gas jets and the suitability of the spiral tuyere for the practical process are examined.The results indicate that at the same gas blowing rate,comparing with the non rotating gas jet,the rotating gas jet could render a stronger agitation and bring about a more vigorous swirling and circulation motion of the fluids,and thus provide a better mixing effectiveness;the gas flow rate of the spiral main tuyere has a larger governing bearing on those,and the physical shielding effect of the jet from the sub tuyere is obviously decreasing;the angular seperation of the two tuyeres influence the fluid flow feature and the stability of the blowing to a greater extent,its optimal range is changed to be more narrow,and the optimum was 80° under the conditions of this work;the annular spiral tuyere with a reasonable structure might be expected to give a good suitability for the practical process.The relationships of the mixing time with the gas flow rates,densities of stirring energy and modified Froude numbers for the main and sub tuyeres,and the tuyere arrangement and others are obtained.
