气粉两相流壅塞现象的实验研究及在高炉喷煤中的应用
Choking phenomenon of gas particle flow and its application in PCI of BF
【摘要】 实验测定了是否安装声纳喷管条件下模拟高炉喷煤装置的煤粉流量分配精度,证明气粉两相流在声纳喷管中达到壅塞时,煤粉的分配精度较未装喷管时有很大的提高- 分析了喷管中达到壅塞所需的条件是要喷管前后的压力比要大于临界压力比,并得出了计算临界压力比的经验式- 将实验结论与两相平衡流理论进行比较,建立了气粉流表观音速计算公式
【Abstract】 The distribution control of PCI into BF based on choking phenomena is experimentally studied by inserting Laval nozzles just after the distributor. The results show that when choking of the gas particle flow is established in the nozzle, the distribution precision is higher than that without the nozzles. The critical ratio of the pressure at the outlet to the equivalent stagnation pressure at the inlet is determined for choking to be established in the nozzle.Comparing with the two phase equilibrium flow model of gas particle flow,the apparent sonic velocities of two phase flows are also obtained.
