铽-EDTA-龙胆酸荧光体系的研究
A STUDY OF THE FLUORESCENCE SYSTEM OF Tb-EDTA-GENTISIC ACID
【摘要】 根据龙胆酸与Tb—EDTA在碱性溶液中能形成三元配合物产生铽的敏化荧光,建立了检测龙胆酸的高灵敏、高选择性的新方法.在所选定的最佳条件下,龙胆酸的浓度在4.0×10-8一4.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内与体系相对荧光强度成良好的线性关系,方法的检测限为6.9×10-9mol·L-1.用该法不经任何分离测定了血浆、血清、尿样中龙胆酸的回收实验,结果满意.
【Abstract】 Based on the formatinn of a termary complex between gentisic acid, Tb3+ andEDTA in alkaline aqueous solution, a new sensitive and selective fluorimetric method for thedetennination of gentisic add is established. Under the optimum experimental conditions, thelinear range of the detendnation is 4.0 x 10-8 - 4.0 x 10-6mol. L-1, and the detection fort is6.9 x 10-9 mol. L-1. The method is suusfully applied to the detendnation of gentisic acidin untreated human serum plasma and urine samples. Analytical recoveries from there samplessped with gentisic acid are detennined with satisfaction.
