【Abstract】 Acetic anhydride, whose price is only 1/3 of that of acetyl chloride, is used as the acylation agent. And instead of dioxane and calcium hydroxide, pyridine is chosen to be the condensation agent as well as the solvent. Thus, without reducing the yield, the cost of the preparation for 1,3diphenyl4acetyl5pyrazolone is greatly reduced and the routine is even easier.更多还原
