【摘要】 目的：研究乳腺癌病理组织学特征与 Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 水平的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学 Ｓ－ Ｐ法检测乳腺癌石蜡包埋标本 Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 的表达。结果：１２０ 例乳腺癌 Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 阳性表达分别为 ５２５％和 ４６７％ 。结论：乳腺癌的病理组织学分级越高， Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 阳性表达越低。有腋窝淋巴结转移者， Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 阳性表达也低。乳腺癌的病理组织学分级与 Ｅ Ｒ、 Ｐ Ｒ 水平高低有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical histopathological characteristics and ER,PR levels in breast cancer.Methods:S P immunohistochemistry technique was applied to detect the expression of ER and PR in breast cancer paraffine embedded specimen.Results:Among the 120 cases of samples the positive expressions of ER and PR were 52 5% and 46 7% respectively.Conclusion:The higher the histopathological gradings,the lower the positive expressions of ER and PR.The expressions are lower in patients with axillae lymph nodes metastasis.The clinical histopathological gradings are significantlly correlated with ER and PR levels in those patients.更多还原
