【摘要】 目的：建立灵敏特异的肝癌临床检测方法。方法：以服用6d华法令的羊的血浆为原料，经过钡盐吸附、DEAE—Sephacel离子交换层析、抗凝血酶原抗体—Sepharose4B亲和层析和SephacrylS—200凝胶过滤等提取纯化步骤。结果：得到高纯度的异常凝血酶原，经SDS—PAGE测定分子量为72000，等电点为pI6．5，并对其进行了氨基酸组成分析。结论：高纯度的抗原为进一步制备单抗，建立临床检测方法奠定了基础。更多还原

Methods:Abnormal prothrombin v,as isolated and purified in the citrated plasma of sheep with warfarirl by barium aamsorption, DEAE--Sephacel chrolmtography,anti-prothrombin serum--sepharose 4B affinity chrcmatography andsephacryl S--200 gel filter.
