易燃易爆材料超细粉碎技术及设备研究新进展
Superfine Grinding Techniques of Combustibles and Explosives and Progress of Equipment Studies
【摘要】 通过大量的粉碎实验对各种物料进行分析、研究、设计多种类型的超细粉碎设备,及与其配套的超细粉体技术.研究结果表明,干式新型气流粉碎机专门用于氧化剂类材料的超细化,如高氨酸铵、产品细度可达2μm以下,且细度可根据要求可调。液固式LS型剪切流能粉碎机,专门用手猛炸药奥克托今(HMX)和强可燃物赤磷的超细粉碎,HMX的产品细度可达2μm以下。然而该机对韧性猛炸药黑索今(RDX)只能粉碎到7μm~8μm。LG型湿式超细搅拌研磨机专门用于韧性难粉碎易燃易爆材料的超细粉碎,它可使韧性较强的RDX粉碎到2μm以下。
【Abstract】 Some kinds of grinders and technologies are developed by the analysis on the properties of several agents and investigation of volume experiments. The results of this research are as follows:By our new type jet mill,the particle size of superfine ammonium perchlorate pow-der can be smaller than 2μm. The particle size of the superfine HMX and red phosphorus particles can be smaller than 2μm by our LS series mills. Our LG series mills are especially suitable for preparing superfine RDX powder,and the particle size can also be smaller than 2μm.
