水杨酸诱导花生对叶斑病抗性研究初报

【摘要】 本试验对3至4叶期花生幼苗分别用 1、3、和 5mmol浓度的水杨酸叶面喷雾处理.在 成株发病盛期进行病情调查.结果表明,各处理揭斑病病情指数分别比对照下降42.4%。 30.0%、 36. 3%.由此认为,水杨酸诱导花生对报斑病抗性具有较好的作用.此外,对各处理组进 行了酯酶,细胞色素氧化酶以及SDS蛋白电泳分析.发现它们的图谱均有不同程度的变化.但其 分子变化是否与抗病性的提高有关,有待进一步研究.

【Abstract】 Salicylic Acid of three concentrations (1 3. 5mmol) was sprayed to Peanut seedly with three to four leaver. Disease situation was investigated during disease widespread period in adult plant. Results showed that in different treatment , the index of Leaf Spot disease(Cerospora arachidcola ) dropped 42.4 % 30. 0% and 36.3 % in comparition with contrast. According to the fact, the Salicylic Acid hasbetter induced resistant effect to Peanut. Besides, electrophoresis analysis was made on ester enzyme, cytochrom peroxidase enzyme and SDS proteins, their atlas showed some changes to some degree. If there is a connect on the molecular changes and improvement of resistance to disease is still unsertain.
