WC-Co WC-Ni WC钎焊涂层耐磨性研究
Research on the Wear Resistance of WC-Co WC-Ni WC Brazing Coatings
【摘要】 采用真空钎焊工艺,将硬质合金粉(WC-Co,WC-Ni,WC)及钎焊合金(NiCrBSi)焊到42CrMo钢基体表面。研究了不同硬质合金粉对钎焊涂层抗磨料磨损性能的影响,初步分析了涂层磨损机制。
【Abstract】 Using vacuum brazing technology, hardmetal powders ( WC-Co, WC-Ni, WC ) and brazing alloy (NiCrBSi) were brazed on the surface of 42CrMo steel. The effect of different hardmetal powders on the wear resistance of brazing coating was studied and the wear mechanism of the coating was analyzed.
