多元醇葡萄糖苷及其衍生物的制备和性能

【摘要】 综述了以淀粉、多元醇、脂肪酸等为原料制备多元醇葡萄糖苷及其行生物的方法，并介绍了这类产品的性能和应用。

【Abstract】 Prepare method of polyol glucosides and its clerivalives from starch, polyol and fatty acid or esters of fatty acid are summarized. The properties and applications of the products are introduced.
