【Abstract】 Ti-doped silica glasses x TiO 2(100-x)SiO 2(x=5,10,20,30mol%)synthesized by sol-gel method were discussed ,and the physical and chemical properties and structure affected by doping situations were researched in this paper.The TiO 2-SiO 2 glasses possessed even structure,high refractive index and excellent optical transparence,which can be widely used as optical components,such as optical fibres etc.更多还原
