【摘要】 目的　探讨肾癌下腔静脉癌栓的诊断和手术治疗。方法　分析我院１９９７ 年１ 月～１９９８ 年５ 月收治的肾癌伴下腔静脉癌栓病人５ 例。对Ⅲ型癌栓的４ 例采用深低温停循环下腔静脉切开取栓术；对Ⅰ型癌栓的１ 例行部分阻断下腔静脉取栓。结果　本组５ 例均经病理证实，且术后随访半年至２ 年，均存活。结论　对于没有局部淋巴结侵犯或远处转移的肾癌病人，根治性手术是最好的治疗方式。更多还原
