【摘要】 小剂量氯胺酮用于门诊儿童扁桃体挤切术４０ 例。随机分为Ａ组：氯胺酮３５０μｇ／ｋｇ；Ｂ组：氯胺酮３５０μｇ／ｋｇ 加枢丹（ｏｎｄａｎｓｅｔｒｏｎ）０．１ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ。均为术前一次性静注。结果术中患儿均镇静２～３ 级，一般情况平稳，术后对手术及疼痛无记忆，能进冷食止血，术后１ 小时内离院，Ｂ组术后呕吐少于Ａ组。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the amnesia/analgesia effect of subclinical dosage ketamine.During guillotion Method tonsilectomy on children and protection vomitting with ondansetron(zudan). 40 outpatients children undergoing guillotion method tonsilectomy randomly divided into group A(ketamine group, n =20)and group B(ketamine and ondansetron group, n=20 ).After ondansetron 0 1mg/kg intravenous in group B,ketamine 350μg/kg was given in bothgroups.The results showed that the patients reached sedation gradeⅡ～Ⅲ.There was no serious cough and aspiration during operation,all cases could eat ice cream just postoperation and all of them had no memory.VAS was zero.10 cases(50%)vomitted in group A and no vomitting in group B after eating.Subclinical dosage of ketamine for guillotion method tonsilectomy can supply good analgesia,amnesia and psychological protection.Ondansetron could prevent postoperative vomitting effectively.更多还原
