【摘要】 在对怀化师专体育系９７届（对照组）、９８届（实验组）毕业生进行了综合素质测试的基础上，就师专体育系毕业生进行综合素质测试的可行性和必要性进行了研究分析。结果表明，师专体育系毕业生进行综合素质测试，对改变毕业生的学习态度，树立毕业生的自信心、自尊心，培养正确的人生观、价值观，激发毕业生的学习兴趣和热情，提高他们的师范素养能力，专业理论水平与基本技能水平，大有裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tests of comprehensive qualities were made in the students in physical education department ofHuaihua Teachers College, who graduated in 1997 and 1998. On this basis, the feasibility and necessity ofcarrying through such tests were studied and analyzed. The results showed that those tests were of great benefit to the change of the graduates’ attitudes towards study, to the establishment of their self-confidence andself--respect as well as to the cultivation of their correct outlooks on life and value. They were also advantageous to the arousing of the graduates’ interest and enthusiasm of study, to the improvement of their pedagogical attainment and abilities, theoretical level of specialties as well as their basic technical level.更多还原
