优秀铁人三项运动员的创伤流行病学研究

【摘要】 对我国优秀铁人三项运动员的创伤状况进行了流行病学调查研究，发现创伤患病率达６９．４４％，其中腰背肌筋膜炎居首位，为２２．２２％。鉴于这种情况，从运动医学角度，对铁人三项运动的科学训练，提供了科学的依据和建议。

【Abstract】 The trauma state of the Chinese elite triathletes was investigated and studied from the viewpoint ofepidemiology. The results showed that the morbidity rate had reached 69. 44%, with fasciitis of waist andback being at the first place (22. 22% ). In consideration of that, from the viewpoint of sports medicine thegist and suggestions were made for scientific training of triathlon.
