【摘要】 运用实验物理学和理论物理学的原理与方法,研究电刺激发展肌肉力量的物理基础,主要结论如下:1)神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)在操作技术、受试者的主观感觉上均显著优于肌肉直接电刺激(MES)。2)肌肉力量素质的增长与刺激源的物理特性密切相关,理论和实践均证明:矩形波是发展肌肉力量素质的最佳波形。3)神经肌肉电刺激旨在发展肌肉功能群而非单一肌肉的力量素质,因而能较好地满足肌群协调能力的发展。4)研制的NMES-168型电刺激力量训练器在结构和功能上更适合运动训练,被鉴定为:“处同类研究先进水平”。

【Abstract】 The principle and methods of experimental and theoretical physics were applied to study the physical foundation of the electrical stimulation technique for developing muscle strength. The main results were asfollows: 1. In respect of technique operation and subjective feelings the effects of neuromuscular electricalstimulation (NMES) were much better than the direct muscular electrical stimulation (MES). 2. The increment of muscle strength closely related to the physical characteristics of stimulation sources. Both theory andpractice showed that the rectangle waves were the best of those for developing muscle strength. 3. The purpose of NMES was to develop the strength of muscle function group, but not the strength of a single piece ofmuscle, so NMES could better satisfy the harmonization development of the muscle group. 4. The NMES168 Model Strength Training instrument was more suitable to exercise training in respect of structure andfunction. So it was appraised as "being in the advanced level among the same kinds of research".
