我国体育院校运动系人才培养的现状、问题与改革对策

【摘要】 以社会改革和发展为背景,采用个案研究、文献研究、调查访问相结合的方法,对我国体育院校运动系人才培养现状、存在问题与改革对策进行了深入探讨,找出了我国体育院校运动系在课程设置、培养方式、培养目标上存在的问题;分析了社会发展对高知层教练员的需求,国家运动员培养体制的改革对体育院校培养高学历、高文化素养的高水平运动员的需求;论证了体育院校办好运动系是教育改革和体育改革的需要,是体育院校办学特色的需要;剖析了“南体模式”和“吉体模式”;提出了改造后的体育院校运动系人才培养模式。

【Abstract】 By taking reform and development of the society as the background, by applying methods of combining case study, literature study with visiting and investigation the present states, problems and reformcountermeasures of talent cultivation in sports departments of physical education colleges and universities inChina were deeply discussed. Problems existing in curriculum setup, training patterns and aims in sports departments of colleges and universities of physical education were found. The demand of social development onhigh-grade intellectual coaches and demand of the national athlete-training system reform on the cultivation ofhigh-level (high educational background and high cultured accomplishment) athletes in PE colleges and universities were analyzed. It was demonstrated that a good management of sports departments in colleges anduniversities of physical education is the requirement of the education and physical education reforms and is alsothe requirement of the characteristics of running PE colleges and universities. The “pattern of Naming PE Institute” and the “pattern of Jinn PE Institute” were taken apart, and the training pattern of the sports department after reconstruction was put forward.
