计算光度法同时测定复合金属氧化物中铋、钼、钒
Partial Lease Squares Method-Spectrophotometric Determination of Bismuth, Vanadium and Molybdenum Content in Composite Metal-oxide
【摘要】 建立了用偏最小二乘法(PLS)辅助分光光度法同时测定复合金属氧化物中Bi(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Mo(Ⅵ)的分析方法。研究发现:在pH=4.0的醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,Bi(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Mo(Ⅵ)与二甲酚橙发生显色反应。Bi(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Mo(Ⅵ)在各自最大吸收波长下遵守朗伯—比尔定律的线性范围为: Bi(Ⅲ) 1.540~6.932μg/mL ε505=1.48×104 ρ=0.9986 V(Ⅴ) 0.247~1.728μg/mL ε520=2.18×104 ρ=0.9997 Mo(Ⅵ) 4.294~17.175μg/mL ε480=4.10×103 ρ=0.9915 它成功地同时测定了模拟样品及催化剂中上述3种组分。
【Abstract】 A method is estiblished to determine content of Bi(III) ,V(V) and Mo(VI) in mixed metal-oxides by using the partial least square method and ultraviolet visble (UV-VIS ) spectrophotometry at the same time. In a pH = 4.0 CH3CH3COOH -CH3CH3COONa buffer solution, Bi(III),V(V) and Mo (VI) react with xylenol orange. The linear ranges conforming to the Beerlamb law at the maximum wavelength (max) are given below:Bi(III) 1. 540-6. 932 μg/mL e505 = 1. 48× 104 p=0. 9986V(V) 0.247-1.728 μg/mL e520 = 2. 18×104 p=0.9997Mo(VI) 4. 294-17- 175 μg/mL e480 = 4.10× 103 p=0. 9915The content of Bi(III),V(V) and Mo(VI) in the sample and catalysts have been determined successfully.
