抗癫痫药物治疗对催乳素和生长激素分泌的影响

【摘要】 利用RIA 法测定了应用抗癫痫药物(AED) 治疗的94 例癫痫患者血清中催乳素(PRL) 、生长激素(GH) 水平, 以探讨AED对PRL、GH分泌的影响。结果表明, 在PHT、VPA 单一治疗组和CBZ+ VPA+ PHT联合治疗组中, 基础PRL水平明显低于癫痫对照组( P< 0 .05) ,其它治疗组PRL有减低的趋势。在所有AED单一和/或联合治疗组中, 基础GH 水平与癫痫对照组相比无显著性差异(P> 0 .05) ,但均明显低于正常对照组( P< 0 .05) 。中医药治疗组患者的PRL、GH水平与癫痫对照组和正常对照组无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。结果提示, AED 单一和/ 或联合治疗明显影响PRL的分泌,而GH水平的变化与AED 无明显的相关性,与癫痫本身有明显的相关性, 纯中医药治疗不影响PRL和GH 的分泌。

【Abstract】 Serum prolaction (PRL) and growth hormone (GH) levels were measured by RIA in 110 epileptic patients who were treated with antiepileptic drugs (AED) to probe into effect of AED on secretions of PRL and GH. The results showed that the basal PRL levels in phenytion (PHT) and valproate (VPA) monotherapy and CBE+PHT+VPA polytherapy groups were significantly lower than those of patients of the control group( P <0.05),the basal PRL levels in other therapy groups tend to decrease. In AED monotherapy or polytherapy groups, the basal GH levels were not significantly different from than of the control group( P >0.05), but the basal GH levels were significantly lower that that of the normal control group ( P <0.05). The serum PRL and GH levels in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were not significantly different from those of the control group ( P >0.05).The results of this investigation indicate that the effect of AED monotherapy or polytherapy on secretion of PRL was significant. The alteration of GH levels had no correlation with AED treatment, but decreased GH levels were associated with epilpsy, which appeared to be caused parlty by epilepsy perse. The traditional Chinese medicine therapy didn′t affect the secretion of PRL and GH.
